Six areas of support for organisations running grounds, horticulture, waste, facilities and training operations. Each can be taken on its own or combined with the others.

- Risk assessments and the selection of suitable controls
- Method statements and safe systems of work
- Audits, workplace inspections and depot inspections

Training and assessment
Practical training and assessment for the machinery your teams use, delivered against City & Guilds NPTC and LANTRA standards and arranged around your equipment, sites and working practices.
- City & Guilds NPTC training and assessment across relevant machinery disciplines
- LANTRA Awards training and assessment
- Horticultural machinery: pedestrian and ride-on mowers, tractors and attachments, trimmers, brushcutters, hedge trimmers, chippers, shredders and turf equipment

- Sampling and standardisation of assessment decisions and evidence
- Preparation for, and support during, external quality assurance (EQA) visits
- End-point assessment (EPA) experience

Horticulture and grounds management
Operational and management support for parks, grounds maintenance, amenity horticulture, arboricultural works and sports surfaces, from someone who has run these services rather than only advised on them.

- Amenity horticulture, supported by Level 4 knowledge and operational experience
- Management and coordination of arboricultural works
- Sports turf and playing surfaces

Waste and environmental management

- CoTC mentoring and coaching, including continuing competence
- Compliance audits and identification of improvement opportunities
